My client a bank based in the UAE is looking to hire a Manager – Compensation and Benefits with 5-7 years of experience with a bank.
Responsibilities
- To assist the Head of P & R in reviewing the Reward policy.- To assist the Head of P & R in implementing the Annual Salary Review & Promotion, Annual Performance Review & Performance Bonus cycle- To assist the Head of P & R in Designing & developing the Performance Curve, Multiples and other criteria for the bonus cycle.- To Prepare proposals for Benefits review as well as for all other Proposals to NRC- To liase with the consultants to execute salary surveys in order to ensure alignment of the banks salaries & benefits with the market.- Provide MIS reports to Head P & R, on an on-going basis which will facilitate the management in decision making.- To assist the Head of P & R in implementing the Employee Stock Option Plan. – To Evaluate Jobs along with Head of P & R and maintain all records of Evaluation including the justification.- To Assist Assistant Manager – Recognition in execution of Performance Excellence Award.
Minimum 5-7 years in Compensation & Benefits / Rewards within a bank. Sthree UAE is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
